Factor VIII Deficient Plasma with Inhibitor
具有抑制劑的因子VIII缺陷型血漿來自人供體，表明對因子VIII具有特異性抑制劑。等離子體可用于各種Bethesda單位滴度。該新鮮冷凍血漿的推薦儲(chǔ)存溫度為-70°C。測試發(fā)現(xiàn)具有抑制劑的因子VIII缺陷血漿對HIV和HBsAg無反應(yīng)性。
在進(jìn)行因子測定時(shí)，只有一個(gè)因子缺乏基質(zhì)血漿（單特異性）是至關(guān)重要的。
