           液相循環內皮細胞和四氯化碳的免疫熒光染色（用于計算小鼠樣品中的人類CTC）
       
       
      描述 
       
      構成腫瘤轉移的關鍵步驟的血管內滲和外滲損傷血管并導致外周血中內皮細胞增加。增加的小鼠循環內皮細胞（mCEC，mCD146 +，mCD31 / 34 +）和人類CTC都與腫瘤轉移相關。可以根據需要同時進行抗人Her-2和上皮細胞等標記的抗體共染色。
       
      從液體中富集的人類CTC的免疫熒光染色容易，快速。鑒定的細胞具有較亮的熒光強度，可用于計數小鼠樣品中的人類CTC。
